THE POLLEN HAS FALLEN (WC 44)

The pollen has fallen—

I’m under attack!

It’s powerful particles

fill every crack.

I try to escape,

but like parmesan cheese,

its fine yellow powder

is making me wheeze!

There’s nowhere to hide.

ACHOO.

Spring is here.

But summer is coming…

I must persevere!
